Privacy Promise

• No cloud storage. Your data never leaves your device. There are no servers storing your health information.
• No login required. We do not create accounts and do not collect any personal information.
• Encrypted local vault. All data is encrypted on your device using AES-256 encryption with a key derived from your passphrase. Without your passphrase, the data cannot be read.
• No tracking or analytics. 4Vitals does not use analytics, session replay, error reporting, or any external telemetry.
• No PHI collection. We never collect, transmit, or store any Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
• On-device image processing. When you scan a lab report, the image is processed entirely on your device using local OCR. Images are never uploaded anywhere.
